Pentru Facultatea de Administrație Publică, inserția absolvenților pe piața forței de muncă reprezintă o preocupare continuă.

Studiile în cadrul Facultății de Administrație Publică urmăresc să ajute studenții:

  • să devină LIDERI și să înțeleagă misiunile organizaționale, etica și interesul public, să gestioneze conflictele și să valorizeze diversitatea și multiculturalismul
  • să fie MANAGERI și să analizeze structurile și procesele organizaționale, bugetele și normele juridice
  • să înțeleagă LUCRUL ÎN ECHIPĂ și nevoia de a fi responsabil
  • să INOVEZE, prin însușirea teoriilor privind managementul schimbării, proiectarea experimentelor organizaționale și asumarea riscului
  • să CERCETEZE, pentru a realiza proiecții manageriale, a analiza opinia publică și a elabora proiecte de politici publice
  • să COMUNICE și să înțeleagă nevoile comunităților pe care le reprezintă.

Absolvenții Facultății de Administrație Publică pot lucra în: autorități și instituții publice naționale și europene (ministere, primării, prefecturi, Parlament, instituțiile Uniunii Europene), organizații naționale și multi-naționale, organizații non-guvernamentale și non-profit, școli, licee, universități, centre de educație a adulților.

SPECIALIZAREA "PUBLIC SECTOR MANAGEMENT"

Specializarea "Public Sector Management" este acreditată european, din 2011, de EAPAA, Olanda.

Durata: 2 ani (4 semestre, 120 ECTS)

ANUL 1 (60 credite)

Semestrul I: Administrative Law of Goods; Bases of Public Sector; Public Marketing; Strategies for e-Government; Economic analysis of public decisions.

Semestrul al II-lea: Organization and Human Resources Management; Public Policy Analysis for Managers; Principles and tactics of negotiation; Management of non-profit organizations; Strategic Management.

ANUL 2 (60 credite)

Semestrul I: Accounting and Audit of Public Institutions; Comparative Analysis in the Public Sector; Consultancy, Design and Evaluation of Programs for the Public Sector; Quality Management in the Public Sector; Scientific Research in Administrative Sciences.

Semestrul al II-lea: Project Management for Public Sector Investments; Public Financial Management;  Quantitative and Qualitative Research Methods in the Public Sector; Field Internship; Ethics and Academic Integrity; Guidance for Writing the Dissertation.
